Yes, all varieties of Germstar Hand Sanitiser are made using natural emollients to prevent skin dryness and leave hands moisturised and germ-free.
How is Germstar different to other hand sanitisers?
We are proud to say that Germstar never uses any harsh chemicals. It is free of triclosan, benzalkonium chloride, phthalate, parabens, glycols, chloride, formaldehyde carriers, and other common allergens.

How quickly will you dispatch my order?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
What couriers do you use?
We use the following couriers to deliver our orders: Royal Mail, APC Overnight and DHL.
Can I track my order?
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping courier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class Royal Mail will not have tracking numbers.
Part of my order is on backorder, what does that mean?
If an item goes on backorder, we will send you the part of your order that is in stock. When the outstanding item(s) become available we will send you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second delivery.
Can I return my order?
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Can I exchange my order?
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
