Overview

At Grange Europe (visit website) we design and manufacture antibacterial hand and surface hygiene products.

Due to the very nature of our work, it is of the utmost importance that we project a positive image of our company that takes the safety and well being of its staff and clients very seriously.

We have known George at Germstar for a number of years and it was because of the necessity to find ways to improve our compliance with good hygiene practice that we approached the team at Germstar to see what solutions they could offer us.

Whilst good hand hygiene was of great importance to us, this need was massively accentuated with the arrival and subsequent prominence of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and its consequent lockdowns, during which Grange Europe remained in operation due to the high demand for our products.

We wanted something that stood out from the usual “squeezy bottle” type options and many people have commented on the stylish and unique design of Germstar’s dispensers which also have the added benefit of being touch free, eliminating cross contamination issues, whilst the sanitiser itself isn’t at all sticky and evaporates on the hands almost immediately. It’s even been mentioned that it smells nice!

George and his team were very helpful with installation and the after sales service is second to none, with next day delivery usually possible on most of our orders and a wealth of information is available if we ever have any queries regarding products or equipment. They even supply spare batteries!

When the Germstar dispensers were installed, staff were very impressed and we were surprised at how it increased their awareness of the importance of hand hygiene as well as how much more often they actually sanitised mainly due to the high visibility factor of the dispensers, and staff have commented on how impressed they are that we as a company have taken their health and well-being so seriously.

To sum up, we have been extremely happy with the whole package from Germstar. The dispensers, the sanitiser and super soap and also the fantastic and personal service provided by the Germstar team.
